By accessing or using bodyandballs.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Body & Balls Towel Co. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
Description of Service
The Site is a pre-launch marketing website for Body & Balls Towel Co. It provides information about our upcoming products and allows visitors to join a waitlist for product launch notifications. We do not currently sell products through this Site.
Waitlist
By joining our waitlist, you consent to receive email communications from Body & Balls Towel Co. regarding our product launch, updates, and announcements.
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee product availability, pricing, discounts, or a specific launch date. We reserve the right to modify product specifications, pricing, and launch timelines at our discretion.

Future Products & Purchases
When our products become available for purchase, separate terms and conditions will apply to those transactions. Product purchases, subscriptions, returns, and warranties will be governed by their own terms, which will be presented to you at the time of purchase.
The Loop (Subscription Program)
The Loop is a planned towel rotation subscription program. Specific subscription terms, including pricing, billing cycles, cancellation policies, and the towel trade-in program, will be provided when The Loop becomes available. Information presented on this Site about The Loop is subject to change.
The Halfsack Foundation
A portion of every Halfsack Collection product sale is donated to support testicular cancer screenings and surgery for uninsured and underinsured men. Donations are made through established nonprofit partners.
The specific nonprofit partner(s) may change over time. The donation percentage and partner details will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
Purchasing a Halfsack Collection product is a product purchase, not a charitable donation. The purchase price is not tax-deductible as a charitable contribution.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, branding, and software — is the property of Body & Balls Towel Co. or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Body & Balls Towel Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Idaho.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email (if you are on our waitlist) or by posting a notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
